iseek.ai acknowledges that for purposes of this Service it will be designated as a “school official” with “legitimate educational interests” in Client Data, as those terms have been defined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and its implementing regulation, and iseek.ai agrees to abide by the limitations and requirements imposed by 34 CFR § 99.33(a) on school officials. iseek.ai shall use Client Data only for the purpose of fulfilling its duties under this agreement and will not share Client Data with or disclose it to any third party except as provided for in this agreement or as required by law.

COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS

Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while using iseek.ai. iseek.ai may use session ID cookies to speed and enhance a user's navigation within the platform. Once a user closes the browser, the cookie automatically terminates.
